Refund policy
We want the paid Dialed report to feel worth the amount you paid for it. If it does not, ask us for your money back.
What you are buying
A Dialed purchase is a one-time USD $7 payment for one fitting, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout.
It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.
30-day refund policy
You may request a full refund within 30 days after purchase.
You do not need to prove that Dialed made a mistake or provide a particular reason.
Examples include:
- the report failing to unlock, or being unable to access it;
- a duplicate charge;
- a report materially different from what was represented before purchase;
- simply believing the report was not worth the price.
How to request a refund
Email support@dialed.golf and include your Dialed report link.
Because Dialed has no customer accounts, the report link is the primary way to identify the fitting and match it with the purchase.
Processing time
Once we have enough information to identify the purchase, we aim to initiate an eligible refund through Stripe within 2 business days.
The refund is returned to the original payment method. After Dialed initiates it, the timing for the credit to appear is controlled by Stripe, the card network, and the bank or card issuer.
What happens to the paid report
After a full refund is processed, the report returns to its free state and the paid features are locked again.
A refund does not automatically delete the fitting data. If you also want the fitting deleted, use the deletion control on the report page.
Payment records
Dialed may retain a limited transaction record after a refund for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal purposes.
United States purchases
Paid reports are currently offered only to purchasers in the United States.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
