This refund policy was drafted by the Dialed team to describe what the product actually does, as a starting point for legal review. It has not been checked by a qualified lawyer and should not be relied on. Anything in square brackets is a decision still to be made.
No payments are being taken at the moment.
The short version: if the report was not worth what you paid, tell us and we will refund you. We would rather give the money back than have you feel taken.
What you are buying
A one-time unlock of the full report for one fitting: the named build, the alternatives across price ranges, the free adjustments worth trying first, and the printable spec sheet. It unlocks immediately after payment. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.
The diagnosis is free and stays free whether or not you buy anything. So is the result when our answer is that you should keep the clubs you already own, because charging for that would be charging you to be told not to spend money.
When we will refund you
- The report did not unlock, or you cannot open it.
- You were charged more than once for the same fitting.
- The report was not what the page promised before you paid, or it was not useful to you. You do not need to argue the case; asking is enough.

Where we sell
Purchases are currently available to buyers in the United States only. Other countries are on hold until the consumer-law requirements for each are handled properly, which is a deliberate choice to get it right rather than to move fast.
Statutory rights

Consumer law in the EU and UK gives buyers a withdrawal right for digital content, which normally only falls away if the buyer expressly agrees to immediate delivery and acknowledges losing that right at the point of purchase. Because this report unlocks the moment payment succeeds, this needs deciding properly, and if a consent step belongs in the checkout flow it will be added. Nothing here reduces rights you have by law.]
How to ask
Get in touch through the contact page and include your report link, which is the only way we can find your purchase. There are no accounts, so without the link we have nothing to match a payment against.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and typically take a few working days to appear. [Processing target to be confirmed.]
What happens to the report
A refunded report goes back to the free version. Your diagnosis, your numbers and your windows all stay visible, and nothing is deleted unless you ask. If you would rather it were gone entirely, the report page has a delete control that erases your numbers and the fitting. The payment record itself is kept for tax, with no golf data attached to it.
