Terms of use and purchase terms
These Terms govern your use of Dialed and any purchase of a paid Dialed report.
Dialed is operated by {{PARENT_LLC_LEGAL_NAME}}, a Texas limited liability company.

1. What Dialed does
Dialed uses golf launch-monitor numbers that you provide to generate equipment-fitting guidance. The service compares your numbers with fitting ranges and rules and may suggest equipment specifications, adjustments, or commercially available golf products that may be worth considering.
Dialed is intended to be an informational starting point and second opinion.
2. What Dialed does not do
Dialed is not a professional club fitting and is not golf instruction.
A numbers-only fitting cannot evaluate everything that an in-person fitter can evaluate, including lie angle, club length, strike location, swing tempo and transition, physical fit, feel, sound, appearance, and how a particular club actually performs when you hit it.
The quality of a Dialed report also depends on the quality and amount of data you enter.
Confirm important equipment specifications through testing or an in-person fitting before buying equipment.
3. Accuracy and results
Dialed makes a good-faith effort to provide useful recommendations based on the information entered and the fitting rules used at the time.
No recommendation or result is guaranteed.
A recommended club, shaft, loft, adjustment, or other specification may not improve your golf performance or be appropriate for you.
Launch-monitor measurements can vary depending on the device, environment, shot sample, and measurement method.
4. Products and trademarks we mention
Paid reports may identify real golf products as examples.
Unless Dialed expressly says otherwise, the manufacturer has not paid for placement, the manufacturer does not sponsor or endorse Dialed, Dialed receives no affiliate commission from the recommendation, and product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Product specifications can change. Confirm current specifications and availability before purchasing.
5. Free diagnosis
Dialed’s basic diagnosis is free. You are not required to purchase a paid report to receive it.
If Dialed determines that your existing numbers do not support an equipment change, Dialed may recommend keeping your existing equipment without requiring payment.
6. Paid report
The full Dialed report costs a one-time USD $7 for one fitting, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout.
It is not a subscription. There are no recurring charges, no automatic renewals, and no subscription to cancel.
The checkout page will show the amount you will be charged before you authorize payment. The paid report becomes available after successful payment through Stripe.
7. What the paid report includes
The paid report may include recommended build and equipment specifications, named product examples, alternatives at different price points, adjustments worth trying before purchasing equipment, and a printable specification sheet.
The exact content depends on the fitting result.
8. Report-link access
Dialed does not use customer accounts. Each fitting has a unique report link.
Access to the report follows that link, not a particular person or device.
Anyone with the report link can open the report. If the report is paid, anyone with the link can view the unlocked paid report.
This allows you to reopen a fitting on another device, keep it without an account, and share it with a club fitter.
Do not publicly post the link unless you are comfortable sharing the report. Keep your report link; it is the primary way Dialed can identify the fitting or purchase.
9. Refunds
Purchases are subject to the Dialed Refund Policy.
You may request a full refund within 30 days after purchase, including if you simply believe the paid report was not worth the price.
10. United States sales only
Paid Dialed reports are currently offered only to purchasers in the United States.
By purchasing a paid Dialed report, you represent that you are located in the United States at the time of purchase and that the billing address you provide for the transaction is in the United States. Dialed may restrict or reject transactions where available payment or location information indicates that the purchase originates outside the United States.
The free portions of the website may remain technically accessible elsewhere.
11. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Dialed does not directly collect or store your full payment-card number.
Stripe may collect information needed to process the transaction, including payment information, billing information, and an email address used for the transaction or receipt. Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices apply to information Stripe processes.
12. Privacy
Your use of Dialed is also governed by the Dialed Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the information you enter. Do not submit personal information about another person unless you have permission.
13. Research and product improvement
Dialed may give you an optional opportunity to allow information from your fitting to be used to evaluate and improve the fitting system.
The option is off by default. Your choice does not affect your ability to receive the fitting you requested.
14. Acceptable use
You may use Dialed for ordinary personal golf-fitting purposes.
You may not scrape or systematically extract Dialed data or content, circumvent rate limits or access controls, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorized access to administrative systems or other reports, use the service unlawfully, or reproduce substantial portions of Dialed’s proprietary database, methodology, or content for a competing service.
15. Intellectual property
Dialed’s software, fitting methodology, written explanations, design, databases, and other original site content belong to the operator identified above or its licensors.
You retain whatever rights you have in information you enter.
For a report generated for you, Dialed gives you permission to view, save, print, and share that report for personal and noncommercial purposes.
This does not transfer ownership of Dialed’s underlying software, methodology, database, or reusable content.
16. Third-party products and services
Dialed may refer to products, manufacturers, retailers, launch-monitor companies, or other third parties.
Those third parties are independent of Dialed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Dialed is not responsible for third-party product availability, later specification changes, third-party pricing, retailer performance, manufacturer warranties, or third-party website operation or content.
17. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dialed is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Dialed does not promise that every recommendation will be correct, every report will improve performance, every suggested specification will fit you, the service will always be uninterrupted, or product information will always remain current.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
18. Limitation of liability
Dialed provides informational equipment guidance rather than an in-person fitting or a guarantee of equipment performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dialed and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on Dialed, including money spent on golf equipment based on a recommendation.
For a claim arising specifically from a paid report, Dialed’s total liability relating to that report will not exceed the amount paid for that report, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
19. Availability and changes
Dialed may update fitting rules, data, recommendations, features, or service as the product develops. Each fitting may record the engine or methodology version used.
Dialed does not promise that the service or every feature will remain available indefinitely.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable law gives a consumer rights that cannot be changed by agreement.
No provision is intended to require a consumer to waive a non-waivable right or remedy.
21. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date identifies the current version.
Material revisions apply prospectively and do not retroactively change the basic purchase terms that applied to a completed transaction.
22. Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
